GEA Builders completed tenant improvements at 610 W. Ash Street in San Diego, California, reconfiguring existing office space to better support CBP operations and employee needs. The project included demolition and renovation of existing storage, break room, LAN, and workspace areas to accommodate new offices, a relocated LAN room, a dedicated lactation room, and a wellness room. The wellness room incorporated enhanced soundproofing to meet STC 50 requirements, providing a quiet and private environment while maintaining functionality throughout the renovated space.
